开展IC班幼儿(1.5-3岁)的体能活动中,老师会先用讲述故事的方式,将孩子们引入到体能游戏中——视频中,孩子们化身为兔兔,需要跃过小山坡吃嫩草。
During IC Class physical activity period, teachers use stories to lead children in the playing of games. In the video, we can see that children are playing as rabbits by scrambling over the hill and pretending to eat grass.
首先孩子们先用六点支撑或者四点支撑爬行的基础动作爬过漂浮垫,并用双脚跳的方式跃过小山坡。针对不同的孩子,老师引导的方式也有区别。更小龄的孩子通常无法双脚离地跳跃,老师也会抱起孩子,让孩子体验双脚离地的感受。
First of all, children practice basic physical activities by using their feet, hands, and knees. Younger children cannot jump with both feet yet, so teachers help them to experience the feeling of feet off the ground.
